MEDIATION BUILDS WORKING RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH OPEN CONVERSATIONS TO REMOVE THE STRESS, EXPENSE AND DISTRACTION OF UNRESOLVED CONFLICT IN THE WORKPLACE
As a workplace mediator I provide an independent, impartial and confidential setting for people who are in conflict so they can have the conversation that they really need to have.
In addition to resolving difficult working relationships or reconnecting people to their teams, it is also useful for people who are returning to work after long-term sickness to agree new ways of working, or as an informal step in the grievance process to address difficult issues in an adult way and to clear the air.
It is also recommended by ACAS as good practice in order to mitigate legal action.
The parties aim to reach an agreement on how they will work together in the future, enabling them to move on and avoid further workplace disruption.
For mediation cases there is usually a charge per case, which can vary depending upon the complexity or numbers of people involved in the case. Cases are often co-mediated.
For facilitated discussions, team building and manager training fees are usually based on a day rate or project fee.
The aim is always to provide transparent and flexible pricing that adds tangible value to your business
