Outplacement Support

Responsive, adaptable and reassuring

Working with a small team of experienced coaches, leadership development, training and personal growth specialists we are able to develop a bespoke programme of support for organisations who are letting people go due to downsizing, restructuring or settlement agreements.


Depending on the numbers, levels and locations of the individuals impacted we can offer workshops to explain the emotional impact of enforced change, explore transferrable skills, career options and start planning. We also offer CV writing and job search skills, including social media. If required we can invite local employers and recruitment agencies and other support such as IFAs or the Job Centre to meet with the impacted people. Every programme we deliver is tailored to meet the need of the participants.


We also provide one to one coaching sessions, this is particularly effective for senior level employees, perhaps as part of their settlement agreement.
