As a senior Human Resources and Organisational Development professional with 20 years’ experience up to Head of Function level, I have demonstrable strategic and operational skills, knowledge and experience.
I have designed and delivered improvement programmes; established, developed and managed highly professional HR Resourcing functions; developed and implemented a wide range of HR policies; managed budgets; reduced supplier spend; enhanced stakeholder relationships and delivered significant, sustained, people, process and technology improvements within complex environments.
Since 2014 I have been operating as an independent consultant. I have supported a wide range of diverse organisations to shape and deliver their people strategy, and I have worked with individuals at all levels and stages in their careers to help them be the best they can be whilst at work.
I am member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a qualified workplace coach and mediator and a psychometric test provider. As a result I have a full range of skills and qualifications to support an existing people function or to provide stand-alone services.

The management information from the Development Centres has shaped the learning interventions for the coming year, driving a coaching culture and improving the awareness of the skills needed for good performance management within the company. Justine joined my team as Head of Resourcing. She led and managed a team of 22+ resourcing specialists which dealt with in excess of 8000 vacancies per annum, ranging from senior leadership positions to clinical and support service roles. She developed a number of recruitment campaigns which were very successful. Justine implemented Taleo, an online recruitment system, on time and on budget. She was respected by her team and her customers. She also managed a number of organisational changes with key directors. She developed an assessment process for the recruitment of senior leaders to support the business at a time of significant change. I had the pleasure of meeting Justine Mooney when I was made redundant earlier this year and my ex-employer outsourced Exceptional Outplacement to assist me in looking for and gaining another position. I cannot stress enough how helpful this lovely lady was. I am at the latter end of my career and I thought no-one would want to employ me.
